- Access the National Unified Registration Portal through the Balady platform.
- Select Building Permit Services, then choose Building Issuance.
- Choose Licensing Services, then select the required municipality.
- Select the engineering office, then enter the building survey number and year of issuance, and attach a copy of the deed.
- Submit the request to the selected engineering office, complete the required information and attachments at the office, and send them to the municipality.
- The municipality verifies the application data, attachments, and approvals.
- Approval of the request and issuance of the payment invoice. Pay the fees and print the license.
